Meringue，在做西饼的时候会经常用到，就是蛋白+砂糖拌打起泡彭发变稠后的东西，不知道这样形容是否准确，不过打过蛋白和对西饼有一定了解的朋友就不能理解了。但 Meringue 好像并没有一个很好的中文名字，西饼师傅都是以打蛋白或者直接蛋白为其称呼，还好它在化学领域里面有一个较为贴切的名字“蛋糖霜”。

由于这个状态下的蛋白很好塑造形状，所以 Meringue 常用于蛋糕花边和点缀等造型，而德国设计师 Tanja Hartmann 就以此为灵感，用硅胶(Silicon)真实的塑造出 Meringue 的质感，并做成极其可爱的首饰产品。每套 Meringue Ring 均含有3个不同大小的戒指，但商家貌似不太推荐选戴小号的，说是比较紧，售价 US$20.00，不便宜啊，这可是小手工艺品的价格诶！？

什么是 Pho？Pho 是越南语 Phở(fuh) n，是越南传统的牛肉汤面，设计师 Omid Sadri 以越南灯笼的造型，为越南的传统食品设计了这套简约、便捷的餐具组合。此餐具分3层，可分别放置调料、配菜和主食，并且每层都有凹槽搁放筷子和汤勺等餐具而不用担心轻易滑落，这样组合起来就极其方便地搬动和放置，而且独特的设计能使使用者更能享受品味美食的乐趣。

Sander Mulder 设计的这款 Continue Time 壁挂钟，如果单凭图片没有说明的话，估计也很难明白它是如何指示时间，当然你可以观看下面的视频很快就可以理解到的，指针由粗到细分别表示 时、分、秒，如上图所显示的时间是 1:43 零3秒，至于是 AM 还是 PM 就要视乎窗外的天色所决定咯。

除了与众不同的时间表达方式吸引到 GoGo 外，更主要的还是它强烈的金属质感和纯铜机芯与铝制指针相结合的简约机械感，Cool Cool 的感觉棒极了。

由于 GoGo 暂时只能找到 YouTube 的视屏，被墙的朋友要找翻墙的办法咯。

最近是不是《变形金刚》的影响太大了，很多东西都往折叠和组合的方向去做了，FLUX Chair 这把酷呆了的椅子，刚开始真的不觉得是可以折叠，只是感觉 Cool，看了视频才知道她另一面的魅力。估计这把椅子主要目的是为了方便搬动才起了 FLUX Chair 这个名字，使用 polypropylene（聚丙烯）来制作，就是我们常说的 PP 啦，重量只要5KG，折叠起来尺寸只有75 x 85 x 1.6 cm，还蛮适合流动使用的，展开的尺寸也只有50 x 60 x 90 cm，售价为€129.00。下面贴了一段 FLUX Chair 的演示视频以供了解，如果想查看更多关于 FLUX Chair 的视屏可以点这个链接。

这是荷兰设计团队 Trapped in Suburbia 设计一款很好玩的记事本。纸张的一面是书写用的单行纹样，另外一面是各种球的表面图案，当你写错了东西而苦恼不已把纸狠狠的扯下抓成一团是，就会发现这款设计真的很有趣。但为了绿色和环保，GoGo 还是希望大家写错了不要意气用事，涂涂改改就好了，不要错一丁点就把纸张毁掉。

“We wanted to get our clients moving behind their desk, so we’ve made up this notebook with on one side space to write and on the other side ball patterns. Just crumble up an piece of paper an you can play soccer, or rugby, or throw a tennis ball in your waste basket.”

Shuella，不知道该用什么中文名称称呼她才合适，其形象类似于 GoGo 小时候所穿过的雨鞋，但她却有更重要的使命 – 在暴雨天可以保护你的鞋子免收雨水侵害。Shuella 携带也很方便，折起来发到包包里面就好了，据说非常适合 London Girls 使用，估计是伦敦经常下雨的缘故吧，色彩鲜艳有且有多个颜色可选，售价每双 US$ 49.95。

Composition Chair 是由日本 Kyouei Design 的设计师 Kouichi Okamoto 创作，通过3mm的铝线交错编织而成，但很不明白，这个看上去很刚强的椅子怎么会起来一个这么普通的名字。Size: 700mm x 640mm x 700mm，重50kg。

it was created by bending aluminium wire and crossing it one by one.
no bolts or welding is used at all.
the tools used for this design are only a jig and a pair of pliers.

Russia(俄罗斯) Designer Ori Takemura 设计的 UNI 手表采用了 OLED 显示屏，能够轻松的按几下改变现实的字体、颜色和背景等等，链接电脑通过软件还能实现更多效果。由于它表面都是用了柔软的硅胶包裹，使人会忍不住手去揉捏它，玩弄它。至于上图的漩涡式的时间显示只能在手腕转动和链接电脑的时候才会显示，有点遗憾啊，还有的就是，这款设计还得到2009的 IF 设计奖项喔！
